4-5 Sweet Potatoes
Boil with skin on until tender. Drain and pour cold water on them and peel. Cut crosswise and lay in pyrex dish.
1 cup of cane sugar
1 T of Flour
Mix the sugar and flour together
1/2 stick of butter (melted)
1/4 cup of orange juice
Mix the sugar, flour, butter and orange juice together and pour over the sweet potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
Add small marshmallows at the very end and bake until golden brown.
