Return and Exchange Policy
On-Site or Christine Greene Store Purchases
To return an item to us, the item must have been purchased from Christina-Greene.com or our Houston Retail Location, as well as be unworn, in original condition, and have all original tags and parts attached. Damaged items will not be accepted for return unless approved by our team. If your return is a holiday gift, please see our Holiday Gift Return Policy below.
Click here to file a return; please have your order number and zip code ready. Your return label will be emailed to your email address associated with your order if it is eligible for a return. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the order being received in order to be eligible for a refund. After which returns sent back within 14 days of receipt will only be eligible for store credit or exchange. Items must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging attached. Final sale items (including items purchased at trunk shows, Fine Jewelry, custom orders, gift cards, and marked down items from our sale section) are not eligible for return or refund.
If Returns Coverage was purchased at time of checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
Holiday Gift Return Policy
Holiday gifts purchased between November 1, 2025 and December 25, 2025, that are not final sale, may be returned or exchanged for store credit before January 15, 2025 if accompanied by a receipt. We will only accept returns for items purchased from Christina-Greene.com or our Houston retail location (1317 S. Voss Road). All trunk show and holiday market purchases are final sale.
In-Store Pick Up
If you select in-store pickup at checkout, you have up to 60 days to collect your purchase. After 30 days, in line with our store policy, your item will no longer be eligible for return or refund. If you do not pick up your item within 60 days, your purchase will be returned to stock and no refund will be issued.
Trunk Shows and Trade Events
Merchandise purchased at a trunk show or trade event is final sale is not eligible for exchange, refund, or a store credit.
Outside Retailers
While we are happy to answer questions about products purchased at other retailers, we are unable to accept returns that were purchased at any outside retail store.
Final Sale
All sale items, custom orders, items purchased at trunk shows, fine jewelry, and gift cards are final sale and may not be returned for a refund.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned.
Exchanges
We are able to offer exchanges at this time for any item purchased from our site or in-store in the last 14 days as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and has all tags and original parts and packaging attached. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive the return. NOTE: shipping charges will apply. Final sale items are ineligible for exchange. Please contact us info@christina-greene.com to request an exchange and we will reach out to you.
If seeking an exchange due to an item that arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrectly processed, use the return portal.
Return Request Process
After we have received and approved your return request, we will email you a return label. If used, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You may also ship your return back to us after it has been approved via your preferred shipping method to the address below. If you use your own return shipping, please retain a copy of the tracking number and packing slip for your records and ensure to include the packing slip included in your original shipment within the package to help us identify your return. Your returned items will be reviewed upon receipt back to Christina Greene to ensure they are in line with our return policy. If approved, we will issue you a refund to your account.
Shipping and handling on your original purchase is non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective and previously approved by the Christina Greene team.
