As much as we know you want to wear your pieces all the time, we do not recommend sleeping in, showering in, exercising in your Christina Greene jewelry. Additionally, many beauty products like perfume, hair spray and lotions can cause discoloration or tarnishing of the metals.  Our long necklaces especially need to be treated with extra care as to not be stretched or pulled. Always use the clasp if you are wrapping any styles. Store your jewelry in a soft cloth or the pouch provided away.


Jewelry Repair

All jewelry from Christina Greene is handmade from high-quality materials and semi-precious stones that are meant to last. However, we understand that sometimes jewelry does break. If at any time, a piece from Christina Greene breaks, please contact us by emailing and we will contact you with the return procedure.

All products that break due to a defect in material or craftsmanship within one year of purchaser will be fixed and mailed back to you free of charge.

All returned merchandise must be received and reviewed by Christina Greene in accordance with the return policy below:

Christina Greene will accept returns within 14 days of the date on which your order was received for full price items.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when they were purchased for a full refund of the price you paid.  Christina Greene only accepts returns or exchanges that have been purchased directly through or through the Corporate Office. We do not accept repair requests on items purchased from a retailer other than Christina Greene.  We are happy to answer any questions associated with the Christina Greene products, but we are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits, refunds, or repairs on purchases from outside retailers.

Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted unless approved by Christina Greene.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged, defective or was processed incorrectly. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered defective.  If the repair is approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to use to ship it back to Christina Greene. Once repaired, we will ship the item back to the address originally provided. Please allow a minimum of 30 business days for a repair.  Please note all repair charges for items that are not considered defective or have been worn for more than 14 days of purchase are not applicable for complementary repair.    

Merchandise purchased during a Trade Event or Trunk Show can only be exchanged for Merchandise Credit within 7 days of the date on which your order was placed.   

Please note that all Sale Jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned, only exchanged for Merchandise Credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when they were purchased.

Please note shipping fees will not be included in any full price return or exchange

Holiday Returns/ Exchanges

Holiday gifts are eligible for returns within 14 days of the date of the holiday. For returns accompanied by a receipt on or before this date, we are happy to offer an exchange, merchandise credit, or full refund. This is only for items purchased through or through our Corporate Office. 


Please note that refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
