With the first day of summer only being a few days away, why not make some cocktails to beat the heat. Below are some of our favorite cocktails to make any day better whether it's virtual happy hour or hanging by the pool. Rosé Vodka Cocktail

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Sparkling rose

½ oz Elderflower Liqueur

1 oz Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

Squeeze of Lemon 

Garnish with Thyme or Mint leaves

Strawberry Basil Margarita

½ cup Blanco Tequila

1 ½ oz Cointreau

1 lime

1 tsp honey

½ pint strawberries

3 Basil leaves

Salt for rim

Elderflower Spritz

1 oz Gin

1 oz Elderflower liqueur 

2 oz Club Soda

Squeeze of Lemon

Lemon wedge and mint leaves to garnish

Grapefruit and Thyme Bourbon Smash

3 1/2 oz Bourbon

2/3 cup Grapefruit Juice

3 Drops Lime Juice

2 Lime Wedges to Garnish

2 Grapefruit Wedges to Garnish

Thyme Sprigs to Garnish
