Return and Exchange Policy
On-Site or Christine Greene Store Purchases
To return an item to us, the item must have been purchased from Christina-Greene.com or our Houston Retail Location, as well as be unworn, in original condition, and have all original tags and parts attached. Damaged items will not be accepted for return unless approved by our team.
Click here to file a return; please have your order number and zip code ready- your return label will be emailed to your email address associated with your order. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of the order being received. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund. Please note, all sale items, custom items, items purchased at trunk sales, our fine jewelry collection and gift cards are final sale and may not be returned for a refund or store credit.
Holiday gifts purchased between November 1st and December 24th, that are not final sale, may be returned for exchange or store credit before January 15 if accompanied by a receipt. We will only accept returns for items purchased from Christina-Greene.com or our Houston retail location.
Trunk Shows and Trade Events
Merchandise purchased at a trunk show or trade event is final sale is not eligible for exchange, refund, or a store credit.
While we are happy to answer questions about products purchased at other retailers, we are unable to accept returns that were purchased at any outside retail store.
All sale items, custom orders, items purchased at trunk shows, fine jewelry, and gift cards are final sale and may not be returned for a refund.
Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned.
We are able to offer exchanges at this time for any item purchased from our site or in-store in the last 30 days as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and has all tags and original parts and packaging attached. For a faster exchange, please request to return your order and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. We can also process an exchange after we receive the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive the return and NOTE shipping charges will apply. Final sale items are ineligible for exchange. Please contact us email@example.com to request an exchange and we will reach out to you.
If seeking an exchange due to an item that arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrectly processed, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and all relevant details about your experience.
Return Request Process
After we have received and approved your return request, we will email you a return label. If used, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You may also ship your return back to us after it has been approved via your preferred shipping method to the address below. If you use your own return shipping, please retain a copy of the tracking number and packing slip for your records and ensure to include the packing slip included in your original shipment within the package to help us identify your return. Your returned items will be reviewed upon receipt back to Christina Greene to ensure they are in line with our return policy. If approved, we will issue you a refund to your account.
Shipping and handling on your original purchase is non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective and previously approved by the Christina Greene team.
