Return and Exchange Policy 

To request a return or exchange, please fill out the below form.

All returned merchandise must be received and reviewed by Christina Greene in accordance with the return policy below:

Christina Greene will accept returns within 14 days of the date on which your order was received for full price items.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when they were purchased for a full refund of the price you paid.  

Christina Greene only accepts returns or exchanges that have been purchased directly through Christina-Greene.com or through the Corporate Office.

We are happy to answer any questions associated with the Christina Greene products, but we are unable to process any returns, exchanges, credits, refunds, or repairs on purchases from outside retailers.

Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted unless approved by Christina Greene.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged, defective or was processed incorrectly.  

Merchandise purchased during a Trade Event or Trunk Show can only be exchanged for Merchandise Credit within 7 days of the date on which your order was placed.   

Please note that all Sale Jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned, only exchanged for Merchandise Credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when they were purchased.

Please note shipping fees will not be included in any return or exchange.

Once your return request is approved, you can send items back via the shipping service of your choice to the below address. Please enclose your packing slip to help us identify your order. Don’t forget to keep your packing slip and the tracking number from the delivery service you use.

Holiday Returns/ Exchanges

Holiday gifts are eligible for returns within 14 days of the date of the holiday. For returns accompanied by a receipt on or before this date, we are happy to offer an exchange, merchandise credit, or full refund. This is only for items purchased through Christina-Greene.com or through our Corporate Office.
